Does anyone grow vegetables inside?

I grow indoor carrots! This is my first time...

Their leaves are still tiny and their roots just started growing out..

I enjoy looking at them every morning.

They make me feel so refreshed!

Bluish purple

Lovely Joanne asked me about Hyacinth which I bought and posted on my blog a while ago. It was bluish purple Hyacinth!!!! I took some pictures when it bloomed but I totally forgot about posting them... Thank you for reminding me, Joanne!

corner view / "tea companion" instead

I am so behind in blog posts and sorry for the delay!

The theme of corner view last week was "coffee companion" but I don't drink coffee, so I switched to "tea companion".

Daifuku is a Japanese confection consisting of a small round mochi stuffed with sweetened read bean paste and this is one of my favorite Japanese sweets!
