corner view/the unveiling

Sorry for the late post... The corner view this week is ' the unveiling, showing your true self '

I am so obsessive with shells. when every time I go to the beach, I pick up shells and take them home. They are not alive but still beautiful...

The summer is finally here. Hot and humid.. I need to stay cool. I think this is my first time that I had a beer at noon ... Well, it's Friday.

** Please check out Spain daily to see other corner views!!

Have a great weekend , everyone! oxox

gorgeous. it is hot here. your beautiful water colors have a very cooling effect.

also i should mention i am crazy for umemboshi. i lived in tokyo once and now i often find i prefer japanese food and especially japanese breakfasts. it makes so much more sense the beautiful way the food is presented and in such smart portion sizes and so healthful. so many vegetables and soy. thanks also for your beautiful work, always so lovely to look at. happy weekend.

You are a friend after my heart. I love a cold glass of beer and seashells! I don't get to see any in our neck of the woods, but love them! I also LOVE beach glass another not too easy to find here.

Have a golden weekend!!

This is interesting to me since shells are rather frightening to me. Strange. I see the beauty but they still leave me with this uncomfortable feeling I love it how people are different.

i used to collect seashells too but there's just not enough beaches around here! your collection looks awesome though, it surely makes up for what i've been missing :) happy weekend!!

Beautiful: shells and ink are just you!
PS One of the most crazy purchases I ever made was a coffee table book about shells: now, I don't have a coffee table, and I had to log that big and heavy book across the ocean, but the images are just spectacular! We rarely find shells on the beach here, I think because we have no tides:(
I see you've already started enjoying your weekend, happy continuation!

So beautiful, your shells!
So you!

I used to love to draw snails when I was a child, and I feel happy still when I see them. Saw one today inside a tree!

Happy weekend:)

I hear you... we have bags of shells. I spend most of the time at the beach bent over with my head down looking for shells. Love the color drips you added!

I am 100% the same way. There is no other word for it than obsession. Love all of them and get it completely!

As usual, beautiful pictures.
I love shells too, I just think they are gorgeous.
By the way - the parrot is not mine. He actually resides in Sydney Australia at a wild life Zoo. And his name is Jackson.
Have a great day!

Beautiful photos, and sentiment, too. And, here's to a beer on a humid Friday afternoon... they can so often go so well together.

I love to pick up shells and keep at home, they are like having part of the sea near (at home, sea is more or less 70 km far).
Love the smell and all the stories that carry with.

A cold beer in a hot noon, there is not better.

cheers to the noon thirst-quencher. enjoy.

oh, and your lavender is so vivid and lovely. i can almost smell it through the screen.

Even though I love your corner views, and I truly do, my heart sings when you post your own work of food and creatures and such. I hope you will post more of your watercolors! Just magical.
