La Maison en Petits Cubes

I watched Oscar-Winning short animated film, La Marison en Petits Cubes (The house of Small Cubes) yesterday. Joanne highly recommended to watch this film, so I did it! It's only 12 minutes film but this story was very lovely and meant a lot to me. This is about the story of a grandfather's memories as he adds more blocks to his house to stem the flooding waters... Is this story telling us about global warming as well??

It's cold and snowing today but peaceful...

I like this film - so poetic and little bit melancolic ! Have a nice day - In Toulouse, it's raining ...

Natsumi, Thank you for reminding me about this film, I've been meaning to see it. I love the little bits of illustration I've seen... Mulot said "melancholy" so that means I'm on it! xo
