Happy March







Did you know that macarons are so popular in Japan?
My friend just brought me some of them from Tokyo... They were so delicious!

It's still cold in NY but it seems like Spring is already here!

It turns out macarons are popular everywhere! I went to my friend's house the other day (in England) and she was making a whole batchload of them, and had three books on how to make them. Who knew!? These particular ones look lovely...
