I was just putting a book away that had to do with making macaroons. They are so very cute. ^.* "Macaroon - Wikipedia, the free encyclopediaThe name of the cookie comes from an Italian word meaning paste, maccarone."
It turns out macarons are popular everywhere! I went to my friend's house the other day (in England) and she was making a whole batchload of them, and had three books on how to make them. Who knew!? These particular ones look lovely...
Here too... it's the colours I cannot resist. And the taste, naturally. Here's to your spring days seeing you able to treat yourself to a few of these sweet bites.
macarons can make my day brighten up so very much! may your week ahead be joyful too :)
