Hi Natsumi, My Summer is flying by! The weather has been really nice here the past couple of days! I have only been to the beach once this year- but you should go- it's so worth it. We even saw dolphins that day (I thought of you). xo -J
Oh, summer is winding down isn't it... although fall is my favorite season, with the crazy fall like weather we've had this summer it doesn't feel like summer should be over yet.
Ahhh !!! You feel better !!! ... My day begins with your lovely blue and funny fish... I'll have a good day ;) and hope your summer be like you desire...
love the fish. i'd like to be that fish too. we're in denmark. weather is fresh, a bit cold and some rain. i really enjoy it after two month of middle eastern humidity and heat.
you should try and make it to the sea. it will make you feel good, inside and outside :)
I really like the blue spots! I agree with epe's comment before, your work really is lovely! This summer has been great. But for me, it's almost finished because tomorrow I'll have to go to school again.. I can't understand how this summer has flied by so quickly!
hi natsumi, a lot of snails and some thunderstorms and beautiful early mornings in the garden swing drinking coffee and listening birds and grasshoppers!
Natsumi, glad you're feeling better. Our summer is still hot, but the days are getting shorter. True, we have to sea to cool us off, but, you know, I love the beach in all seasons!
So glad you're feeling better. Yesterday was awfully hot yesterday in Paris. But today, there are plenty of clouds but no rain and I must say I love that weather in august.
You definitly have to go to the beach! Take some time for you and enjoy! I remember the great time we had at Coney Island at sunset... *sigh* (why does suddenly that Lou Reed song gently ring in my ear?!) :o)
Oh Natsumi, your fish is so cute! This evening, I've just come back from holidays! I live in the north of France... The weather is nice and not too hot... But in the south, the sun was very hot (35°C)... Go to the beach and enjoy!...
With my pink stripe fabric, i'll sew something for my little girl but I don't know what yet!... Surprise!

ps. you have my daughter there in NY again;)
That shade of blue is beautiful... wishing you a soft summer breeze, and happy to read that you are feeling better.
My friend, If I was feeling blue I sure wouldn't be after visiting your blog. Your photos, fabric and drawings always add a ray of sunshine to my day.
Soon the weather will start to get cooler.
Have a golden day! xoxo
