I don't have a suggestion for plants Natsumi, but there is a new paperback book out that's called "Apartment Gardening' by Amy Pennington, and, although I haven't read it, it is for people who don't have a lot of room for their gardens. It might or might not help you.
Oh the first blooms have always been the prettiest! I don't know much about 4 season vegetables, though, in my part of the world anything can grow whole year round. Lucky, eh?
It's so nice seeing the garden come awake after winter sleep. This evening it is pouring here, and delicious autumn is giving my garden a good soaking.
As to what to grow, surely a tomato plant has got to be on your list. Perhaps a cherry tomato in a hanging basket.

This year, I will try to grow garden rocket, basil, cherry tomatoes and maybe red salad bowl lettuce. :-)
