Oh yeah! Carmen is a great opera! And the Met is a great opera too! And "Singin' in the rain" is one of my favourite musical (i'm completely in love with gene kelly...)

Carmen, love the streght of it music...although in a rainy day it sounds so sunny. ove the coloured drops...your drops always are so coloured, mine fall and disapear, cannot catch

It rained here in Florida for the first time in over a month! I so enjoyed it. And now we have cool temperatures and a sunny, windy, beautiful day.
And you had lovely rain AND opera! Wonderful!

At this time of the year, the leaves here don't change colour, the temperature doesn't drop too much, we just get more rain!

love those coloured rain droplets, and glad you enjoyed Carmen. Seeing anything be it opera, play or ballet in the theatre is hard to beat.
Seeing Carmen at the Met sounds like an extraordinary experience. Lucky you.
