corner view / "tea companion" instead

I am so behind in blog posts and sorry for the delay!

The theme of corner view last week was "coffee companion" but I don't drink coffee, so I switched to "tea companion".
Daifuku is a Japanese confection consisting of a small round mochi stuffed with sweetened read bean paste and this is one of my favorite Japanese sweets!

Please check out more corner views!

PS. It is supposed to rain all weekend but Spring is here!

Have a great weekend everyone! xo

Yum on the pastry! I think you might be getting the rain we have had melting the snow, leaving behind mud and shades of brown with a tiny, tiny hint of color. Have a golden weekend! xo

Thank you for your comment on the mats! I'm glad you liked how they came out...
