Bluish purple

Lovely Joanne asked me about Hyacinth which I bought and posted on my blog a while ago. It was bluish purple Hyacinth!!!! I took some pictures when it bloomed but I totally forgot about posting them... Thank you for reminding me, Joanne!

It's another sunny and beautiful day today.

Hope you enjoy the day! xo

I bet they smell so great too. Hyacinths always seem to feel the house with the smell of spring.

In my mind hyacinths are really prim flowers in the sense that they are such a perfect shape as though they have been groomed.

At last, Spring has decided to settle in Paris!
This weekend will put our remaining plants on the balcony and go to buy some flowers too.
I just can't wait.

Your bluish purple hyacinth makes me think about those wonderful surfinia's we had one year... they were the same colour and litterally glow in the evening light... magical...

NYC must be wonderful nowadays...

I'm starting to like purple a lot more. It's not as sweet as pink but it can be feminine too and with a touch of elegance!

Sorry for the unintentional joke. it's so lame, You're the guru of colors, you can't do any colors wrong.

Such a delicious hue for such a heady fragrance. Like Louise previous, I cannot resist the smell of them in bloom.

ah, always the romantic. the colour of that hyacinth is gorgeous. I'm on a "pimp the balcony" action this week too.

so many other and "more urgent" things to do, in reality. however, colours, greenery, new life and earth through my fingers is now, somehow, paramount to well-being ;)

HI Natsumi,
You are sweet, and this is a beautiful hyacinth!!! Sorry I haven't been here for 'hisashi buri". I have been thinking of you too because I wanted to show you our orchid flowers.
This purple is scrumptious and I am so glad to hear the sun is shining there!!
私は,先、間違えました,ピンークになるだと思いました!でも,このむらさきは美しい!
春が来て,良かった。
あざやかな日々を過ごしてね。。。
